I love ❤️ this dispensary. They usually sends me notification letting me know when there is a sell. I am just in love ❤️ with everyone in the whole store they treat me like they have known me forever. Not like a customer but family and that feels wonderful ☺️. Smiles and laughter ❤️ the whole time I am there.

Update 8/2/24: I have to leave another review. I’ve been going to Rise in Danville for a year or so and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive and the quality of stuff I’m getting. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are legit award winning. They are always happy to help and they seem like they genuinely love their job. Again, I have to rave about the pharmacist Drew. He’s one of the best pharmacists I’ve ever had, hands down. He’s willing to answer any questions and doesn’t hurry you along like you’re taking up his valuable time. I just couldn’t love them anymore. 5 ⭐️s NO DOUBT! Rise dispensary in Danville, VA is absolutely amazing! It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dispensary. They make things so easy and it’s always a pleasant experience. They treat you like family and have your best interest at heart. They genuinely want to help you and all of your needs. I couldn’t recommend them any more than I already do. If I could give them 20 stars I would. I also want to mention the pharmacist is very sweet and doesn’t mind answering any questions and concerns you may have.

Phenomenal products and amazing staff! Everyone I have interacted with since opening day has been incredibly helpful, informative and friendly especially Zac! There is always a great atmosphere inside. Prices can be a bit high at times but they consistently have deals and specials. Products are always high quality.

This place is fantastic. Super easy ordering system, really nice product, and they run awesome deals every week! I’ve had many budtenders here, but today, holly really went above and beyond! Gave me awesome recommendations and was super knowledgeable, even to an old head like me. Really really nice woman! I was in and out in 10 minutes and am loving the new strain I picked up! They also deliver in a HUGE radius for $15. 10/10 Update: just renewed my prescription and they made the process of updating my information so simple and stress free! Once again, 11/10 customer service and products!

Every time I enter the store it’s with a smile and helpful customer service! The products are quality and the environment is peaceful makes for getting what I need less stressful. Today Todd delivered my order and couldn’t have been a greater help on days I can’t make it to the store it’s extremely helpful to have individuals like Todd to help when you can make it in. I regularly visit this location and all the staff are so welcoming! I get checked in, order filled and checked out in no time! Everyone seeems to love their job (who wouldn't!?!) which creates a great vibe. There is a pharmacist on site for questions about dosing. The flower is always fresh. Some brands are a little dry but nothing a humidity packet won't fix. (they sell them there!) Overall a great experience!

The delivery service is exceptional! Holly brought my order to me promptly and efficiently and it didn't cost as arm and a leg. I'm grateful RISE Dispensary has a delivery service, it's definitely a bonus feature! Edit 7/15/24: I am absolutely crazy about RISE Dispensary in Danville! Everyone I come in contact with is professional, compassionate, and so friendly! Thank you, RISE, for always going above and beyond and making me feel like a valued customer in every transaction!

Love this place! It’s not seedy or sketchy like you’d think. Everyone is very professional and helpful when I have questions. Katelyn is always very friendly and efficient. She knows my face now and always has my order ready to go when I check out. Great, job, Katelyn!

… after a couple months things are back to normal, so yay. I hate giving bad reviews but I like being honest! I first gave 5 ⭐️ then 2 ⭐️ when I had been ripped off 2 times totaling over $100. Staff is nice & ordering online is so easy if the prices matched when I got to the store. I am thankful this place is here to help with Multiple Sclerosis. There is always a problem with my points too. They seem to disappear. The prices are already high enough just to pay more than I was expecting. I haven’t had a problem in months so I can appreciate when a store listens to the customers.
